How is this different from a full custom store build?
This setup service uses a configured block theme and covers a standard catalogue size — it gets you live fast for a fixed, lower price. A full custom Sage theme build is the right choice if you need bespoke design, a large or complex product catalogue, subscriptions, or multiple payment gateways from day one.
What hosting do you use?
Every setup runs on our Trellis-managed hosting — Hetzner for European clients, DigitalOcean or Vultr for US/Australia. No shared hosting, no hosting-affiliate arrangements — we choose the server that performs best for you.
How long does setup take?
Once we have your content and any brand assets, a standard WordPress setup is typically ready within 3–5 business days, and a WooCommerce setup within 5–10 business days depending on catalogue size and payment gateway approvals.
Do I need my own domain already?
You register your own domain with any registrar you like — we don’t require you to sign up through a specific host or affiliate link. Once you have a domain, we point the DNS to your new managed hosting server as part of setup.
Can I get ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Managed hosting includes WordPress core and plugin updates at no extra cost. For anything beyond that — new features, design changes, troubleshooting — hourly on-call support is available with no retainer or minimum commitment.
